Paste Tanah Lot

Seminyak is just a few miles from Sanur and we had arranged to meet here with our friend Kristin and her boyfriend Bertrand from Hamburg. Seminyak is very touristy and therefore was not necessarily on our destination list. But we were looking forward to visiting from Germany, and therefore made our first start looking for a guest house. It was not so easy, because not many good and affordable accommodation were available. Finally, we booked a room at the Fave Hotel in the middle of the pub-road, which was not to be heard in the night.
The next morning we met Kristin and Bertrand and were happy not only about the reunion but also about the German Lebkuchen and Stolle, die sie uns mitgebracht hatten 🙂 Somit hatten wir auch etwas Vorweihnachtsstimmung im sonnigen Bali.
Together with a driver, we made four on our way to the temple of Tanah Lot, them meist photography Pea Temple Bali. It is located on a cliff on the coast. At low tide you can walk to the foot of the temple, at high tide it is not attainable. On the way back we drove past rice fields and stopped at a local fruit market. We wanted to Kristin and Bertrand show the delicious local fruits and sampled a few of them. The passion fruit, Mangosteen and mango were very tasty.
Back in Seminyak we plunged into the depths of the ocean. And at the end of the day we ate at a warung, a small traditional Balinese local.
The next morning we went to fourth again at the beach and then to a cafe to Kristin and Bertrand Tips for Bali to give. For they had still nearly three weeks of vacation on here. Kristin also gave us lots of information for New Zealand, we can use good for our future travel planning. And then we also had to say goodbye again to our friends in Hamburg before the next day by plane went towards Flores. In the evening there was but unfortunately still a nasty surprise when we checked our account. It was debited an amount, we could not tell us. I looked right after in my wallet and realized, that a credit card was missing. I guess I had forgotten the last withdrawing money in the vending machine. Mostly you get here at the machine namely the money first, then the document and in the end only the credit card. We then can block the same card and hope, that our bank can clear the rest of us.
